Whoa whoa whoa, slow down there Boston University (BU), right when I was beginning to think you were the biggest rip-off in the history of US higher education, you just come around and put a smile on the face.
Having Gregg Gillis aka Girl Talk come around for a good ol’ dance party is the cherry on top.
Did I just say Girl Talk at BU? Yes, I did.
According to the great kids at BU Central, Girl Talk will indeed be playing on September 20, 2008, at Boston University’s George Sherman Union in Metcalf Hall.
Let’s just hope this doesn’t turn out like April’s Tokyo Police Club debacle.
Now, how is my beloved WTBU going to possibly top this? I don’t know, but what about…Three 6 Mafia and Cobra Starship on Nickerson Field? Wait..that’s already been done. Oh the horror.

It’s actually not BU Central who is putting it on; Programming Council is.
And Tokyo Police Club was not a debacle. The lead singer lost his voice. They’ve rescheduled for October.
